Ashley & Cali

This mother daughter duo I have photographed a few times. Cali is the cutest thing, and I am super excited that she has also entered the world of pageants. I would like to think she has become a little more comfortable with me taking her picture, because she has behaved better the more I see her.

For this session, Katelyn Coleman, was the behind the camera (I did the editing), taking direction from myself. She is following her dreams of becoming a photographer with hopes of starting her own business. It is a great thing for me to be able to not only help her, but also be able to watch these things become reality for this bright talented young lady.

Johnson {wedding}

A beautiful Yorktown wedding. Sarah and Yogi are awesome, down to earth, hilarious couple. I wish them the most love and happiness in the world. :) BTW Sarah you looked STUNNING!!

 Isn't she gorgeous??

Seriously, how cute are these two?

Jessica {senior}

It is time for me to get caught up on some blogging, for I have been so busy with Christmas stuff, I haven't had the time to sit down and blog.

Jessica is a 2012 senior for LCHS, which most know popular from the August earthquake. I met Jessica at her sisters wedding back in July. A little shy, but she warmed up to me, and we had a fun session. Here are a few of my favorites from her session.

This will be my first senior portrait in a yearbook, so exciting!! :)

Kelcie {senior}

Kelcie was the winner of my Senior giveaway. I have known Kelcie and her family for quite a few years, it was so good seeing her and her mom again. Kelcie loves spending her free time with horses, so no surprise they choose the location of where she takes lessons at. There was concern that there wasn't enough places at the farm to take pictures, but we never left the property; a great location I might say! When I arrived I could tell she was nervous, as most people are, but she warmed up to me pretty quick and we had a fun time, minus me getting a foot covered in mudd, definately worth the shots we got to go through it too. :) We also had a great team player, a horse that was so laid back. Take a look at a few of my favorites from this session. :)

Fall Mini Sessions 10-15-11

I would like to say thank you to everyone that came out to my first round of FALL MINI SESSIONS. I wanted to do mini sessions last year, but it was never put into place. I was so overly excited to do these not only one day but TWO. Thank you to Hailey Dunn for allowing me to use their property for the day. I would like to share a few pictures from this day. I had a lot of fun seeing everyone again and meeting new ones. :) :)  Stay tuned for sessions from Mini Sessions at Crump park this coming weekend. :) :)

A bridal sneak peek

Yesterday I got to spend a few hours with an amazing bride to be. Yes she was quite nervous, as all of us girls would be expected to be. After a few shots she said she had told herself "It's just Crystal" and then she knew it was going to be a fun shoot. (which by the way made my day) I had the pleasure of doing her and her husband to be's engagement pictures as well, where they got to kidnap me for the day; a 3 hour long drive one way that was like watching the most hilarious you tube video EVER! This is not only an amazing woman, but her and her soon to be husband are a great couple and I can not WAIT until the wedding. :)
