Natasha & Robbin l Lake Anna, Va Wedding Photographer

Robbin and Nastaha traveled all the way from Hawaii to Lake Anna for their July Wedding. It was the place they met, the place they got engaged, and now the place where they became man and wife. As for most of us view Hawaii as a paradise, this little cove in Bumpass on Lake Anna is their paradise.

This was a gorgeous Thursday with a small percentage of rain. And though the weather man and radar stated there was a storm coming, that did not wipe away the smile's off their faces.

A rather tropical bouquet to fit this perfect wedding mix of Hawaiian and Va. Believe or not she got all these flowers at Trader Joes.

I loved her earrings that were made for her.

Loved the vintage feel of Natasha's Wedding dress.

The Ceremony Site before the dark clouds rolled in.

All the girls came to the ceremony site by boat :)

Natasha getting a peek at her soon to be husband waiting for her.

It started to rain about this point, and look at the gorgeous smile on Natasha's face :) :)

This is when her uncle said he would continue the ceremony under the tent.
LOVE how happy they are!!

Loved this special moment where her sister was fixing her hair.

Although the family, friends, and guests had to grab their chair and run to the tent, I love that every one was still so happy. It didn't matter if it was raining or shining they were glad to be in this moment celebrating love.

We began to take portraits under tent, because we didn't know if the rain would let up to do any outdoor images.

But then the rain let up, and their family portraits have that perfect tropical feel.

THIS is how you know you have awesome clients :)

Natasha you are stunning!!

LOVE!!

Great job Louisa Tent Rental!!

Huge Kudos to Natasha again, she made this cake. She said it was a family Hawaiian recipe. Now, I don't meet too many brides that make their own wedding cake, plus being miles and miles away from home. GREAT JOB!!!

There was quite a few toast at their wedding, and I loved catching the little moments between Natasha and Robbin and their friends and family told life stories and moments.

Time for cake!
Robbin wanted it documented on how muddy it was after the rain.

LOVED all of their dances!!! All very fun and original!!

BEST Mother/son dance I have witnessed to date!!!

I am a sucker for father/daughter dances, I always tear up. And this one was the same. Such a strong bond between these two!

And then they danced the night away.
